Update to Action Stream: Amazon

Dan,

I’ve installed the amazon as plugin…but it doesn’t seem to be pulling anything from my feed.

I know the RSS for the wishlist works (I checked it in a feed reader). Here is my wishlist url: http://www.amazon.com/gp/registry/wishlist/3AEW403MI4FXO

In my user profile it reflects the id number…and the link goes correctly to the wish list.

Any ideas?

Hi Ryan,

I, too, had the same problem. I just set it and forgot about it.

Then I found that the feed had in fact updated.

I found this by going to my profile and clicking on the Action Streams link on the left. This is a sort of activity log for the Action Stream. All my wishlist items were there, but they were hidden. Don’t know why. I set them to show, rebuilt, and it worked.

Now I need to figure out why they’re being hidden by default, and how to get the Wishlist thumbnails to show. That’s going to be a problem, because the thumbnails don’t appear within the tags the ASAmazon yaml file is processing, but before them.
